Condra History
Condra is a shirt manufacturing company with 100% Romanian capital, founded in 1992. The business began with a small team of just 7 employees, and in 1994, following the opening of a new production facility, the team grew to 50 people.
From the very beginning, the factory’s development has been based solely on self-funded investments, carefully managed with a long-term vision. These decisions have enabled us to build a modern, privately owned production space, where today more than 100 employees work toward a common goal: producing shirts to the highest quality standards.
Condra – A Family Tradition
Condra was born out of a deep passion for the tradition of crafting men’s shirts, initially starting as a small family business. Although the production mainly focuses on shirts, the company caters to a wider audience, with products available for men, women, and children.
The quality and variety of the garments we produce today are the result of advanced technology developed over time and the experience we’ve gained. This allows us to easily approach a wide range of styles, from streetwear and sportswear to elegant ceremonial shirts and office attire.
Before establishing our own production line, we worked for over 20 years with prestigious companies across Europe. These collaborations provided us with the valuable experience needed to create our own clothing items, backed by a guarantee of quality.

We are a flexible and adaptable manufacturing company, focused on meeting the needs and dynamics of today’s market. We offer customized production solutions – from full product services to CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) and CM (Cut & Make) – tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
Our production process covers all essential stages: cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging, with strict quality control at every step. Additionally, we provide specialized services such as pattern construction and grading, sample development, and industrial embroidery, all supported by state-of-the-art technology.
We also offer complementary services such as washing (in-house or through our partners) and dyeing, in collaboration with trusted suppliers. These capabilities allow us to respond promptly and efficiently to the demands of brands looking for a high-quality production partner.
Our employees work in conditions that meet European labor standards, and our production capacity reaches 1,100 shirts per day. We use a CAD/CAM system for pattern grading and layout optimization, while cutting is performed on specialized vacuum tables. Additionally, we use electronically controlled presses for fusing collars and cuffs, and all stitching is done with high-precision Japanese machinery.
